    No, we are not a rideshare company. We are professional, pax-certified chauffeurs offering prearranged transportation services. While we try to accommodate immediate requests, we recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure availability.
  • Is it necessary to make a reservation?
    Reservations are highly recommended to guarantee availability and timely service. Using our reservation software ensures that we will be there on time to get you to your destination promptly.
  • Where do I meet my chauffeur?
    Upon your flight's arrival, your driver will send you a text message with the meeting location. We typically greet clients at the entrance to baggage claim, displaying their name on our phone screen or whiteboard. Our chauffeurs wear purple polo shirts to stand out among other drivers. If you have any trouble locating your chauffeur, please call us at 1-850-499-7374 for assistance.
  • What happens if my flight is delayed?
    For inbound flights, we monitor your arrival time and adjust pick-up times as needed. For your return flight, please call us at 1-850-499-7374 to update your reservation, or use our app to update your reservation directly from your account. We strive to accommodate any changes to ensure a smooth and timely service.
  • Do you provide booster and car seats?
    Yes, Elevate Luxury Car Service provides car seats and booster seats upon request. Please inform us in advance if you require one so we can ensure it is available for your ride. Your child's safety and comfort are our top priorities.
